I had beaten the last boss battle in RE5 and my xbox froze right as I won. I restarted it and loaded the last saved gamed and it was before the boss battle. I was so annoyed and angry that I just set the game to easy and fought the boss again.

Also, I never finished Bayonneta. I completed most of the game but never finished the last boss battle because I died half way through and got tired of dying.
