My fiance and I both play this game, however he receives a significantly larger sum of money for performing the same tasks. I'm a level & critical case ahead of him and we both have our machines upgraded to the max. How is he getting so much more than I am?! This occurs in emergency patients (my max is $50 while his is $100), the Blood Lab and the Imaging Lab. Am I missing something?? What money strategy or upgrade have I overlooked?

Go to the Nurses station and do the mini searches. They're easy. You get 170.00 each time you finish with 10/10
Generally you can do one of these in about 20 seconds. If you have energy to burn and the lab is maxed out...this is a way to make some $$$$.
If I have a bunch of energy and I am about to level up in the next say 150 points. I spend all of my energy with exception of about 20 to get me to the next level.
I do this doing the mini searches at the nurses station and building up funds. Sitting with $40,000 at the moment and nothing to spend it on.
Regarding the difference in payout between you two is depending on how many more matches the other one gets over the other in the same amount of time.
For MRI or the lab, the quicker and more accurate you are, the more you $$ you make.
