hyperspeed
A couple of times for some reason a song has accelerated as in hyperspeed for and I can´t get it back to normal speed. Anyone has noticed this and know how to revert the effect? I assume there must be some kind of cheat to do it that I activated without noticing it and the song keeps that speed even if I turn the PS3 off and on again.

As more notes get added, sometimes the note highway has to speed up to show them. Yeah, it can get hairy.
One way to slow it down, is to use the RR accelerator. I will miss notes intentionally during the set speed phase, until I get to a speed I like. Then if I want to keep it there, I'll miss a couple on purpose. Most times I don't have to miss on purpose LOL. Having a manual speed would be great, but until then, this is the workaround I use.

No, that's not what I mean. The song is not too fast, the audio is just on time, the problem is that the notes come too fast, like a guitar hero with the hyperspeed on. So I just want the notes to come at their normal speed when I play the entire song. It must be a cheat to activate some kind of hyperspeed but since I could not found anything about it, I don´t know how to deactivate it to revert to normal speed.

That is exactly what I mean, that the notes on the note highway speed up. There are so many of them, that it has to scroll very fast to present them in time with the music.
Not all songs are subject to this, but some just seem to have notes/chords, so that once you hit a certain % of mastery, the note highway jumps to "hyperspeed".
I am pretty sure, what you are seeing is normal.
If you still feel there is a problem, then if you could post a video of it, we may be able to offer more help.

No, that´s not it. The notes were comming clearly too fast so I checked. Just had to look for a video on youtube of the same song at max level and pause it when the first note got to the guitar and do the same in my game. On the youtube video you can see almost twice as far, so my song is clearly on hyperspeed.

i think i know what he's talking about.
in certain sections of certain arrangements the notes are sometimes -clustered together- so closely that it's difficult to see what's in front of you. i know for sure that this is the case with one of the songs from the "3 Doors Down" pack (forgot the official name of it), but in the intro to "Loser" on one of the arrangements (I forget which one off the top of my head), the notes are EXTREMELY clustered together. In the other arrangement of the same song, and in accelerator for the problem-arrangement, the notes are spaced the way they should be.
Unfortunately, it seems to be a glitch within a handful of arrangements. There might be a workaround by going through the song once, and then hitting "play again"-- but I'm not positive if that would work or not. I know that when this happened in the Leveler, when trying to level some arrangements with the hyperspeed glitch, after failing the first time the notes would automatically be spaced the right way in the subsequent attempts. The idea I have may not even work though, and I don't know if there is much you can do about it
The only upside is that this is only in a very select few arrangements/sections (not like this throughout the entire song, and only in specific arrangements of it), but it is definitely a problem that should be addressed in a future patch.

Put up a video, let us see what you are seeing.

In other news, I'd love a hyperspeed setting. What that does is stretch out the note highway so you can more easily time really fast sections. It's really useful on fast solos in Rockband, and it'd be helpful in Rocksmith too. I wouldn't use it all the time, just when practicing a solo.

I have recorded a video. It has terrible quality but you could see the speed.
This is how I see the song.
This is a youtube video of another guy with the song on a similar level.
To check the hyperspeed you just have to pause the videos when the first chord hit the guitar. The other guy can see the next chord but I can't.
I notice that I have a higher level on the solo, maybe the song accelerates when the solo gets higher level, I have to test that, but it´s very bothering to me, since I cannot play the riffs with the chart that fast. I wish there was a way to adjust it.
