Yeah well, I probably can't get the game in October 'cause of exams and what not. And I'll have to stay off the forums to avoid spoilers. I can only venture into the Multiplayer section and hope no one accidentally posts a single player story-related thread in the Multiplayer section.
Back on topic: How many actually want StA and Corruption back? I wasn't really keen on either of them :/

StA isn't that bad, since you can get chases which then lead to Brutal, Hidden, Out of Sight and Multiple Escapes.
Corruption is annoying though. No-one plays it with a stealth aim, and with an average of 4 Corrupted players, you'd be lucky to get one or two kills. Then, when you have players who bring the Hidden Gun, it knocks the points down much more.

Chases are only triggered in Corruption, not Steal the Artifact. The main reason why I hate both modes is the fact that people just run in them, this is extremely evident in Steal the Artifact as they can run all day due to chases being absent.
I just don't like either mode, full of runners!
i'm sure deathmatch is still there it was/is one of the best modes in ACR and really helped the ACR meter do it's work, i would understand if they removed wanted
as that mode supported brotherhood's meter far more.
it will suck if AC3's major focus is team modes, it's possible because they're statistics showing team modes being far more popular. even when they were showcasing the MP at E3 it was showing off domination.
most games are public and most don't actually play as a team, everyone is mostly doing whatever they want.
so why do people even select team modes?
maybe part of people's instincts.. won't even go further with this thought.

I agree with what you are saying and also, Ubisoft has said somewhere down the line in an article that they are promoting team based modes which is unfortunate for me and others who are better in FFA.
I think people play team modes because they maybe insecure, dependant and need assistance through team work because of their lack of ability. To be honest, i know this is harsh but the majority of team players are the worse players of the game because they cannot hold their own and cannot multi task that well.
No, some just like playing team vs team. That feeling of knowing that you have your team mates, but they have theirs aswell. And this is coming from a guy who basically lives in Wanted and Assassinate. But saying team players are bad players is like saying all FFA players are boosters.
exactly, I could never understand the appeal of being a part of a team, and then considering how people play (for them there is an I in team, apparently) what's the point, really? I'm not saying everyone is like that but most is...
I hope you're right about deathmatch still being there...![]()
