    Missing House Credits?

I had about well over 25 House Credits, and now I'm just noticing I have 11. I planned to never use them until I really need to, and I haven't had a reason to spend them at all. I am very curious and confused as to what happened to them.

I am also missing a LOT of House credits, as I have not been given any for the colleagues who have accepted my requests.

    Bugs

I have never been given house credits for new colleagues or other internal actions in the game that should apply credits. If I watch a video for a credit, that gets applied. They seem to be used appropriately when I do have some.

I am also unable to send gifts to colleagues from the "Send a gift" screen. After one use, the names seem to disappear.

    Hi Linda,

The friends that you are adding must be new to playing House MD Critical Cases. If they are new and you are still not receiving credits, please contact support at https://secure.ubi.com/register/Login.aspx. Please register with Ubisoft then click on “Ask a question”.Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.

Regarding the issue with Colleagues and requests, you may want to try a different browser. Google Chrome seems to work well for this.

    Regards,
    HouseMD Team
