Nothing I do is fixing this issue

I've tried uninstalling the Ubi game launcher, and re-installing it as that method has been posted here many times that I can see.

But I get that error everytime I try to launch the game. How can I fix this??? I'm sorry Ubisoft, but your Uplay and DRM platforms are BOGUS!!

Got the same problem too.
The weird thing is that the game just worked fine on my Windows Vista stationary computer, but then just suddenly out of the blue one day I got that error message whenever I tried starting it.
I by the way had bought the game on Steam.
I have tried uninstalling the game as well as verifying the game's cache, but nothing has worked and Ubisoft's support were less then helpful, they kept repeating some things for me to do which I stated I could not do.
And also, I have tried getting it to run on my Windows 7 64-bit gaming laptop and no luck there either.
Do anyone here on the forum have an answer to this really odd problem?
Infact, its eerily similar to how Metro 2033 just out of the blue stopped wanting to play.

The issue that you are having is usually attributed to an unsupported video card. If your PC has an Intel graphic chipset you will not be able to launch the game properly.
