Was deleting my save data and starting my game a terrible idea? I got my first double encore which was great, but the double encore was number 13 so I just put the guitar down and walked away. When exactly do double encore bonus songs show up?

After you finish the double encore the bonus song will unlock. You can totally screw up the double and still get it. So, if you got a double you probably unlocked one of the songs.

I just did 2 double encores now and they were both songs that were already unlocked, this time the encore was angela and the double encore was chimney.
