I have been working with someone at tech support now for a few weeks to try and get my game to let me on the servers. I have opened every port listed in any forum now as well as trying to get on with no firewall, no virus protection on of any kind. Wouldn't it make more sense if they think this is a DRM issue for them to just issue new Keycodes for us to try? I am no pro on this and I shouldn't have to be to play a simple game.

The PCWinTech links appear dead. I wish to test my ports in order to see if they are the reason for my multiplayer not working.

Hello henrykimchee... If the link to PCWintech is not working (it's working fine on this end), then try:

for Router Guides:
1. go to the PCWintech home page http://www.pcwintech.com/
2. from the pull-down menu (top left) select "Routers"
3. next, select "Router Guides"
4. next, select "Port Forwarding"

for Port Tester:
1. go to the PCWintech home page http://www.pcwintech.com/
2. from the pull-down menu (top left) select "Products & Tools"
3. next, select "Port Forwarding"
4. next, select "Simple Port Tester"

Here you will find the "Router Port Forwarding Guides" as-well-as the "Simple Port Tester" I was referring to in my original post.
