I am posting this to get feed back and, if it works, to pass on the idea. Myself and a bunch of the NA crew are starting a 'Team' (see my sig for clarification and tGg = the Good Guys) whose purpose is to get new players into a fire team and chatting. See below for the original post on the NA forums.
In a nutshell, when a new gamer joins the team (tGg) they will be paired up with an experienced player in a fire team. This serves several purposes. Including a 'band-aid' for match making with regards to the 'steam rolling' and rage quitting, communication ( in game voice chat), and the importance of each class and abilities. We are still trying to figure out the best way to keep track of everyone, so that those looking to join a fire team within tGg group (not general lobby) can see who is also looking join up. Big Brother system, if you will. Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated.

Lastly, please keep in mind that returning (some might say VIP) closed beta players have a huge impact on new players and their view of Ghost Recon Online and its community. Please friend new players and show em the ropes. This game has an awesome community, get ready for a huge influx of new players. Open Beta.........
