I was looking over the various tools and their levels and noticed something a little strange...

Tools - Print Kits..
Print Kit 2 - Reduces cost of Print Search to 15
Costs 20,000

Print Kit 3 - Reduces cost of Print Search to 14
Costs: 15,000

WHY does the second upgrade of the Print kit cost LESS than the first? If you look at the other tool upgrades, the first upgrade you get <x Kit 2> is LESS than the 3rd kit. I know in the long run you're paying the same amount <20K for the 1st upgrade, 15L for the next for a total of 35K, but to charge more for the lesser (initial) upgrade is a little strange...Particularly when the fingerprinting kit is the ONLY kit that the prices of the 2nd and 3rd kits are reversed.

Blood Tools: L2 - is 6K, L3 is 15K
Tweezers: L2 is 8K, L3 is double that at 16K
Print Kit: L2 is 20K, L3 is 15K
Camera L2 is 10K, L3 is 20K
