Hey House Doctors!

We have noticed that many users are having trouble loading into the game. In many cases, loading stops once it reaches 100%. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the problem and our Tech Team is working on it, as we speak.

In the meantime, please try clearing your cache and restarting your browser. Not sure how? Follow the instructions on this link: http://ubi.li/Y4JzZ This solution has worked for 95% of our players.

Thanks I will try this to see if it works I hope it does cause right now it won't let me do anything except see messages and send gifts.

Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.
