leveling up and completing major cases
every time i level up or complete a major case, the game freezes on that box that pops up to notify me to continue or notify my friends. this really sucks if ive been playing 5 days in a row cause i have to refresh to continue playing so i loose my 2x budget bonus when i refresh. im sick and tired of refreshing all the time, every time i advance, i have to refresh.
and right now the game is stuck on the loading screen and i dont know why. ive cleared cache, including flash cache, just plain annoying. figured id check the forum to see if others were having the same problem, but didnt see anything. so i figure its just a glitch for this moment, like too many people are playing at this very moment, so i cant get in. who actually knows. same thing used to happen with some of my other apps when they were still shiny and new. just wait an hour and i could play.
but the having to refresh thing, its driving me nuts and im missing out on my bonus which is pissing me off. its done it since i started the game and first leveled up to level 2. if i werent so bored, i wouldnt bother with game just because of this freezing issue and how it makes me miss out on stuff. im level 27 now, ive missed out on a lot of stuff, but ive wasted a lot of time. be thankful restaurant city removed itself from facebook, or i wouldnt have bothered to add another app to my line up.

Hi RitaLkCalvin,
I think I might know what you are describing, as the same thing happened to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you complete a Lab or MRI and the report screen pops up telling you what you've earned, you don't have the option to hit continue, refresh is the only thing that takes you back to the game (not awarding you with any budget or XP)?
If you click the “Toggle Full screen” button just under the favor points icon in the top right of your screen, this should clear up the problem. This can also be really helpful in some of the mini games, as well. You will always see the continue button.
For the other issues you have mentioned, please check your installation of Flash to see that you have the latest version: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/.
Clearing your cache and restarting you browser is a good option too, but you may also want to try a different browser all together.
Let me know if that helps!
