Hi everyone! I'm new to RUSE and i was wondering if a friendly veteran was up to teaching me some tactics and strategies. But first a technical question for PS3 version. Is it possible to set time limit higher than 60 min? I'm still learning so i like to take my time, however i will eventually need to get more speed to be compititve when playing online(played only one game vs player and i've been raped). That's why i'm seeking a mentor. Right now i'm a defensive player, cuz it's easier not to rush. I'm winning games (vs AI) with a good defense and destroy units he stupidly send to me over and over, but that won't work against human players. I would like to learn offensive techniques and how to build fast. Sooooo help me?! I have a headset, but english isn't my mother tongue, and i write it better than i speak it. Should be alright though. Anyone Interrested?

Yea, more i read here more i see console players are gone... what a shame, but i understand why. From what i'm reading, PC version is superior. I don't have a PC... posting from work... I guess i will just play with randoms, and get better from there. thx anyway

I can teach you some strategy. My PSN ID is "Whopper44". The problem with most inexperienced players is that they always go on the defensive. The reason is the AI makes very weak attacks and wastes units so the player plays a defensive game by placing bunkers everywhere. If you played online, you would know that bunkers can easily be destroyed by one light artillery piece. Also using Ruses to your advantage is something you won't learn properly until you're experienced. There are many different styles of play that I can show you. Like the infantry rush or HQ bombing blitz.

thank you all for your replies. But the fact is, the more i play the more i see i'm really bad at this, too slow... Played a few games with Gamerdude and i've been raped... and kinda lost interest... A friend of mine just bought it though, so i will play again soon. I will add you all anyway. Thanks again for your help floks!
