Cannot consult dr Chase despite reaching level 14 | Forums

Hello all,

I've reached level 14 yesterday and I was expecting that i would be able to ask dr. Chase for consulting ward patients. Unfortunately, that's not the case. The tab with "view unlocked staff doctors" indicates that I unlocked both dr. Chase and dr. Taub, but when I click on a ward patient that needs a consult, in the pop-up only dr. Taub is available.
Is this a bug in the game or do I need to do something else to be able to consult dr. Chase for my ward patients?

the computer has been off between playing sessions, so yes.

nvm, the solution was reaching level 15.
