No you're not alone. I have already contacted the support once again. I've been through a lot of bugs, and now the uplay gets updated and i can't even enter the game because it wants a cd key, and the ubi support are playing dumb, saying it's something in my end, or the retailer i bought the game at. But it's not! I can even see that i still have units / credits from playing ghost recon... This is getting ridiculous.
