    Formal complaints about Ubisoft Support

I know I've asked this before (a LONG time ago now... but the problem still isn't fixed)...

But I need a way to make a formal complaint ABOUT Ubisoft Support. Obviously, sending that complaint TO them doesn't work, and after having already MADE a complaint (in spite of the unreasonable cost that is ANYTHING BUT FREE WHY WOULD YOU INSIST THAT I HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO COMPLAIN), I'm not prepared to do so again WHEN IT COSTS ME MONEY.

I need a method I can use to make a formal complaint to Ubisoft about the people providing their (lack of) Support, WITHOUT having to pay to make said complaint.

    Thank you.

I can't offer a free option, but if you go to http://www.ubisoftgroup.com/en-US/ab..._presence.aspx and choose an office using the drop down list under the map you can get mailing addresses for snail mail which is fairly cheap. Also provided are phone and fax numbers.

    There is no local office.

There is no "cheap" option for me to use when sending mail overseas.

If It wasn't unreasonably expensive to post a formal complaint, I wouldn't have had problems doing it the first time, and I wouldn't be asking for a better way now.

Not that I even heard a word back last time I sent a letter about the problem, so it's not like it actually DID anything, which makes me LESS willing to pay to be ignored again.

If you were in the UK I would say try the trading standards but as you are not your own country has bound to have it's own equivalency. I know it's heavy-handed but if you are not getting any kind of satisfaction and they are skimming your issue then it's the best way to go.

Obliviondoll, The only options I can see are those mentioned by Tully and the option to submit your complaint directly through the support ticket that you already have with us. If you wish to send a complaint in regards to someone you previously communicated with via support ticket, then you can update the ticket and request it be sent to a manager as they will normally be the ones to handle something like that. If you have an actual game related issue we can help with, then we will be more then happy to do so. Is there anything specific that you have concerns about?

Edit: Just wanted to add that I will forward this thread over to the head of European support for you as well. Hope that helps.

I've made multiple attempts to address the complaint via Support tickets, and had nothing come of them. I've sent a letter to the UK office to complain (even though the closest office is Australia, I was advised that the UK office is more appropriate for a complaint to be sent to), detailing who I was complaining about and why. Nothing came of it, and not only did nothing come of it, but THE PERSON I MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT ABOUT HAS BEEN CONTACTING ME AGAIN.

That's NOT appropriate, never has been appropriate, never will be appropriate, and is WAY past the point where I should be expected to SPEND MONEY ON MAKING ANOTHER COMPLAINT.

And still no more replies from Support on my current support ticket, and I'm still NOT ok with having to pay to make another formal complaint.

    A better option is needed.

If you don't want to contact a Forum Manager - to help - you can contact Support staff via PM - give them the support ticket reference

And coming back to this after hoping it would see something more.

Mr_Shade, as you well know, I've previously PMed you about some of the issues I've had, and I'm still having exactly the same problems with exactly the same people. If anything, it's gotten WORSE instead of better since I made a formal written complaint. Recently, I've ONLY been contacted by the specific person in Ubisoft Support about whom I made a formal complaint, and NOBODY ELSE. It's not an exaggeration to say that it's getting to the point where I NEED options here.
