Mod's you should point out to people that it does NOT multiply your current budget x2 (your bank cash), it doubles your mini game budget/winnings. To the people who are having problems with 2x budget. It multiplies your mini game (winnings), IE: blood machine, MRI, and ER patients. The most you can get with 100% accuracy is 50$ but on 2x budget/winnings (time, not day as it only lasts till you close the page) It can be 100$ per ER patient. Hope this helps
