Who are we?

Our name is Misfit Actual.

What are we?

We are a video gaming community and clan that stretches across multiple countries (United States, Canada, England, Germany, Scotland, etc...) and gaming platforms.

What is our creed?

From Unworthy ... To Unstoppable

Why is this our creed?
Because we believe that every person and player should have a place where they can just be themselves and have fun without judgement being passed or ever having to feel unwelcome and/or unwanted.


What is our goal?

Misfit Actuals goal is to create a home for gamers where fun, competitiveness, and maturity all work hand in hand.

How do we accomplish this?

We accomplish this goal by uniting like minded gamers in a community atmosphere that is set up with rules and regulations to insure that every members gets the most out of what Misfit Actual has to offer. We also make it a point to establish a direct relationship and line of communication between the Chain of Command and the members of Misfit Actual. We do this so that every member understand that they have a voice that is being heard at all times and all members and potential members know that they are welcomed to be a part of this community as long as their intentions are to have fun and remain mature at all times.


Policy on Conduct

Misfit Actual is a community where all members will respect one another regardless of their race, religion, nationality, creed, age and gender. Disrespect towards any member of the clan WILL NOT be tolerated.

The members of Misfit Actual will not only respect each other, but their opponents as well. Trash talking opponents in any form will not be tolerated. Should members encounter abusive opponents and non-members, their comments are not to be responded to and ignored. We do not need to sink to their level of immaturity.

Excessive swearing and abusive language will also not be tolerated on the forums or in game voice chat. We are adults, please speak like one.

Always remember that in public you are representing Misfit Actual and your actions reflect our community as a whole.

Chain of Command

Misfit Actual has a Chain of Command (CoC) based on the system used in the military. Members are to notify their direct CoC if they have a problem or a question and not jump over their direct CoC, however open discussion among all members is encouraged. The members of the clan are here to support you and encourage fun and friendly gaming.

All orders have to be followed, whether in game, training or in daily duties and are not subject to a discussion. Questions or issues are to be handled via the CoC.

Respect

Respect your fellow clanmates. If you have a dispute, go to the leader of your squad or follow your CoC to help resolve it. We are here to game and have fun. You are free to leave at any time if you don’t wish to do either of those, in which case why are you gaming?


Policy on Cheating

Misfit Actual is a community that does not cheat, ever. Cheating is the overt or covert breaking of rules to gain advantage in a competitive situation. In Gaming, this includes glitches, hacks, outside programs, file manipulation, network manipulation, boosting lobbies etc. If it gives you an advantage over players who are not doing the same thing, or alters the behavior of the game, this is cheating. Cheating in Misfit Actual will not be tolerated. Should credible accusations of cheating or glitching occur, the member will be subject to an investigation by the Chain of Command (CoC). If found guilty, the member will be instantly discharged.


Policy on Dedication *

* Misfit Actual requires a small amount of dedication to the community from it’s members. All members are required to attend 1 hour mandatory practices twice a week, but members are encouraged to play with one another outside of practice as well. Optional practices will also be available for those who wish to train more.


Alliances
MxA members are NOT allowed to form any partnerships or alliances with other gaming communities that are NOT AN OFFICIAL ALLY OF MISFIT ACTUAL! However we do feel that all MxA members should help other clans when possible. MxA members are not to become moles or spies in other clans.


Policy on Real Life and Friendship

Misfit Actual places real life far above of the needs of the community. The community will never ask a member to put the clan before their real life.

Misfit Actual was created by a group of friends and will always be a community of friends. If heated issues occur between members that cannot be resolved in a peaceful manner, notify the Chain of Command who will resolve the issue.


Policy on Moonlighting

Misfit Actual requires that all it’s members be dedicated to the community. Any member of MxA may not OFFICIALLY JOIN other clans that support the same game franchises we do on the same platform. Should credible accusations of moonlighting occur, the member will be subject to an investigation by the Chain of Command (CoC). If found guilty, the member will be instantly discharged.


Minimum Age to Enlist

Misfit Actual requires all of it's members to be at least 18 years of age when they join. If you are younger than 18 years of age we ask for you to wait until you are of age and then you can join. (exceptions will be made on a case by case basis)
