    having 2 refresh every time i level up

    when ever i gain enough experience 2 go up another level, it congratulates me but wont let my 'continue' button work forcing me 2 reload the page, same thing happens when i compleate a critical case! oh and when i compleate a critical case, should i be receiving rewards? coz ive not as of yet due 2 having 2 reload the page each time.
    any advice/help/suggestions r v v welcome lol

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    If you click the ‘toggle full screen’ button just under the favor points icon in the top right of your screen, this should clear up the problem.

    This can also be really helpful in some of the mini games, as well.

    i followed your directions, not only did it make playing the game harder cause my mouse pad isnt big enough for full screen stitching action and other annoyances, but IT DID NOT WORK,. THE GAME STILL IS STUCK ON THE LEVEL UP AND WONT PROCEED. THAT MEANS I HAVE TO GO TO NORMAL VIEW AND REFRESH TO MOVE FORWARD IN GAME PLAY. THANKS FOR NOT FIXING THE ISSUE AT ALL.

    Hmm, I can understand the frustration, I do. What I'm going to ask you to do, is try these "initial" troubleshooting steps. If they dont work and you are still experiencing an issue, I will also leave instructions on how to contact our Support Team to have this further investigated. Sound alright? Please see the following:

    Clear your browser history and cookies: http://ubi.li/Y4JzZ
    Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed
    Check your installation of Flash to see that you have the latest version: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
    Restart your computer.
    Also try another browser all together. Ie. If your using Chrome, you can try IE or vice versa.

    If however, you continue to have issues please submit a ticket at http://www.ubi.com/us/support/.
