I know exactly how you feel… the thing is, Reflections is a very small company. They have only 150 people there and also need to work on other stuff in order to survive, or else there will be no Driver game at all in the future. I mean, they accept „small“ jobs all the time, like now for example with Watch Dogs, they’re taking part of this project.

Ubisoft has not really anything to do with Driver… they are only the publishers. They bring the money, sell the game, and get some of the money back. So the support request won’t bring you very far, because Ubisoft has not made this game, but Reflections.

I understand that it’s frustrating to have bugs, but imagine… those are 150 people that are responsible for the 3 or 4 million people who bought the game. That must be really stressful, plus the other work they have.
