well idk how many lvls i got since i have that quest but, how the hell can i found that dog ? i was looking in the blood lab, clicking everything but nothing happens.. i have lot of patients gone by and not even 1 just drop that dog...
so my question is how can i find it ? and when i find it is like what ? when u throw some patients to get some pills and they drop items ? or do i have to look somewhere cause its really annoying dont knowing how to get it...

I'm not sure if you read an answer anywhere else but I'll say anyways. You basically just have to treat patients in the Blood Lab for a chance of Wilson Dog to appear. It will look exactly like what the icon looks like, and will be dropped how the money, experience, and items are dropped. As far as I know, its all by chance every time you treat a patient so you just have to keep at it. That's about the best advice anyone can give you. Just keep going.

Exactly right Delta, just keep curing patients in the blood lab. That dog will pop up soon or later!

How do you repeat a case... Under one of Wilson's achievements, we must complete an episode twice... but there is no clear way of doing so. Help!

You can't repeat cases until all of them have been solved first. As of this post, there are 17. You get the option to repeat then.
