I cant log in today..... it was strange, the client started up. I clicked to start HMM VI and it started but could not connect to my account. after some trouble shooting in game, I quit and started it in safe mode, at that point it worked and logged into my account. concerned about my saved games I quit and tried to restart my comp and see if there was an issue on my end. When I went to restart the u-play client it could not connect and now states to try later. I found it unusual that it would not let me even view my games after one restart so I figured I would post what happen. I would like to play today...

I bought games during the weekend and was unable to play. Guess what happened when I tried playing them again yesterday? YEAH!

Thanks for supporting piracy, Ubi! I know pirates are playing the titles happily while I, the PAYING CUSTOMER cannot play them?

I am filing a full refund request for all the titles I bought during the weekend and after that I'm going to stay the hell away from Ubi crap.

Try to start up Uplay with Offline.

Move to "option"
Check in to "Always start Uplay in Offline Mode"

Some games will move(after you start the game, you can "login" from game with out Uplay)
for my games it works.

I'm finally able to log in, had to reset my password. However, as I open Assassin's Creed II which I had been playing during this weekend, i found i've lost over 12 hours of game-play. Un-"blinking" believable. I'm soo frustrated, especially since I have serious doubts about putting in time playing anything through Uplay only to find the game won't save... as usual. Unbelievable. I've purchased many games from ubisoft and i've totally enjoyed the experience, but this was way too negative. If it doesn't save again, why bother. I shouldn't have to go searching through support pages looking for why it isn't working or how to create some bandaid solution, especially over several days. Anyway, I just hope it works. Thanks for the great games, Ubi, but learn from this experience and improve.

K. I just logged in earlier this evening to play Assassin's Creed II and the saved game i had to play on was dated from July 12th even though i had played for more than 12 hours after that date. Well, I played for another 3-4 hours this evening and did fairly well running through the challenges i've already done 4 times. Then i logged off after a point where it should have saved. Now, after about a 2.5 hour break, i log back in to play and find the saved game i can continue is now dated July 15th! WTF?! Well, it's official. I'm done. I'm dropping my focus on any and all ubisoft/uplay games and picking up the Dead Space series I just bought which is lookin good and stable. Good luck, Ubi.
