    Afther being unable to play last weekend i finally got in...but afther logging in on monday i notice i lost my savegames
    Now today unable to login...
    Stop with this crap...
    Why have i payed for this piece of sh1t...
    If you can't run a server then don't force us to only be able to play a game if we are on-line....
    jeeeez i rather get a pirate copy so i can play....
    last time i ever will buy anything from your bs company.

    ok, you've resurrected Uplay, but erased all the saved games that were done yesterday.
    should i wait for back-up?
    if i'll play right now and save games once again will i loose all my progress when you restore darn conflux?

    Just was able to login, noticed i lost my savegames from yesterday, played a bit, made a new save. Restarted the game....
    yeah savegame lost again.
    JUST GIVE US SOME FEEDBACK, like i allready said..
    Give us back the good old days when we were able to play a game without synch..conflux SH1T
    Never again will i buy some bs from you.
    You have lost a customer...(and i bought many product from you, also before 2006 like stated in my signature)
    You just fail

    oh and btw I WANT MY MONEY BACK wich i paid for this fraud HOMM 6,

    So when will this be fixed? I get an error message when trying to connect to Uplay and when I finally get logged in and start the game I get another error message when trying to connect to the conflux: Connection failed! - Online error ProfileLoad.

    I never play this game online - it's not a game fit for multiplayer due to the insane long time it takes to play so why do I even have to be online to play it? Never had these kind of problems with HoMM 1-5.

    And while I'm complaining, whats with the several minutes wait each time you end the game to 'syncronize savegames'?

    Regarding lost save games, I had opened a thread yesterday on this.
    Try disabling Cloud Sync (in the UPlay pop-up window before starting the actual game, go to Settings, then un-check Cloud Sync).
    No more lost time before / after playing the game, no more lost game time.

    Regarding all the bugs: fix them, or else I won't spend another cent on a Ubisoft-branded game.

    Regarding the DLC: well unfortunately, here is what you get from Ubisoft. They know the HOMM franchise has a lot of fans, so why not milk them another 10 EUR / USD for a DLC. Honestly, considering what they delivered to the end-users who paid for the product, this DLC should have been FREE. There are 201 pages on the BUGS thread right now, and you release a PAID DLC ?! One word: disgusting !

    However, I see that other games have the same fate (Silent Hunter 5 for example). While some series are doing well (Assassin's Creed for instance), Ubisoft could not care less for other series. Which means they're expanding and trying to gain as much market share as possible, without actually caring for what they sell. Quantity over quality all day.

    In the end, you COULD envisage a compensation request based on the following:
    - periods of time when you could not play the game you paid for
    - game time which was lost (e.g. 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 patch)
    - in-game functions which do not work as advertised
    - crashes, poor performance, etc.
    I would expect that for a game to be allowed to be sold in the EU (and in the US as well perhaps), it must meet some criteria which in this case ... it may not.

    At first i CANT login in danned CONFLUX server yesterday and now- i LOST MY LAST SAVED GAME! What is the sh1t? Why the fock we need this "cloud" if it DOESNT SAVE?????
    How mach time will this sh1t continue?

    I have also lost my recent saved games! Unbelievable! There is a problem after the another what are constantly making the game impossible to play. And you focusing some in some stupid minor bugs!? Make it playable at first! This a da*n sure a last time I ever purchase any Ubisoft product!!! I am a working family man and thus my gaming time is limited. I really would like to be able to play during those short periods what I have to spare. You guys are making it impossible! And we are not even talking about real online game. And even if we are, there is nothing wrong in my internet connection. Conflux and Uplay are total scrap.

    Thanks a lot for that help! I'm so annoyed for a full day of saved games lost, I wonder why on Earth this option is enabled by default.
