after the PS3 got the back to karkland DLC for a full week before everyone else (360 and PC)... the 360 having it a few hours earlier is not exactly going to kill you

The release time has nothing to do with ubi and everything to do with sony. It'll be available when they update psn. Be patient. It's a few hours.

yes because is UBIsoft that put the DLC on the marketplace ......

The dlc weapons are available to those who download it, you do not have to get to a specific level to unlock them.
