Looks like i got the mouse polling rate bug that makes all animations to stutter like mad when moving the mouse.

The devs care to explain why this bug hasn't been fixed still?

Thanks for the reply tech support guy/girl. I did contact technical support and this was their reply (same as yours)

"Unfortunately, your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this game. You must have one of the supported video cards as well as meet all of the requirements listed on the bottom of the game's box or website before the game will run. There will not be a patch created to correct this problem; your system is simply not capable of running this game."

Pretty crap since my machine can run ANY other game I have tried at max quality without a htch-this is the ONLY game I have problems with...so while they are technically correct in that my card is"not capable" of running the game snce it is not supported it certainly is MORE than capable in terms of power and ability. It seems to me that this is a bit of a cop-out on the part of UBI since many people play games on gaming laptops and if a DESKTOP is required, specifically, then they should state it clearly, rather than imply it-most "minimum requirement" listings do not specify laptop vs desktop versions of cards.

So at the end of the day they can honestly put forth what they did but not cool...not cool at all.
