As far as I'm concerned this statement is a little too late, you have lost a lot of customers over the weekend and rightfully so!

^^Agreed. And why after this weekends outage is there another one right now without notice again. Last game purchase from this company. If there is any notice of this outage, (which i doubt) why should i/we as customers have to waste our time digging through these forums for an answer that should posted by a Mod and be very clear for everyone to see.
I can foresee the customer loss for this company to be epic.
My error message: "A Ubisoft service is not available at the moment. You can try again later or switch to offline mode."

It's Tuesday and your server is unavailable. I just bought the game through Stream and I wanted to play it but then oh fkn uplay ******** just to play a game in offline mode.
I only had two Ubisoft games installed. Assassin's Creed-Brotherhood and Call of Juarez-The Cartel. Uninstalled them. I have the entire Tom Clancey series sitting and waiting for install and play. Gonna be a cold day in a hot place before I play any Ubisoft game again. Uplay is a cheap knockoff of Origin and Steam. If you can't get it right...either get rid of it or fix it...You can apologize all you want...but when issues happen AFTER the fact...then no one at Ubisoft cares. So why should we????
Screw Ubisoft. Again nothing is working again no statement. they really should thing about how they will get the trust back from their customers
Bought and downloaded HOMM6 yesterday. Installed last night then went to bed. Home from work today looking forward to playing and nope, can't, because I can't log in to an online service to play my offline game.
Seriously?
What's the deal?
How long will by ****ING UPLAY off?
First and last post on this forum:
Just at the end of last week, I bought Heroes 6. I've played the series before and decided to give this a try. What followed was a pretty terrible experience. First off, after installation, game launched fine. Played with the tutorial for a short while Friday evening. When I tried to log on Saturday - guess what, the platform said my access data is wrong. I found out later that the servers were down, as discussed in the thread.
I tried again and managed to launch the game on Monday... and played it for a couple of hours. Though half of it was playtime and half of it was some horrid process for downloading multiple patches and installing them (one per each time the game was launched). Whatever posessed you to deisgn such a patching process???
Nonetheless, I finished the tutorial campaign and actually started one of the real campaigns. Well, today I try to logon... and something doesn't connect with the servers again. And all my save game files are gone and I am welcome to play the tutorial again.
Will never pay you people for anything again, bye.
I agree with everything said here. I was looking forward to eventually completing AC2 then purchasing AC Brotherhood and AC3. With the latest experience I will Purchase anything not associated with Ubi. The company will not survive unless it shapes up.
