Was just going to post about this issue we are having and yours coincides with my theory. What I think is happening is related to how unstable fat strings are when you first pluck them. You ever notice trying to tune the low E string with an accurate tuner? If it's like mine, the E string will vibrate sharp and then calm down a split second later (maybe two splits later

). Using the bridge pickup and reducing attack helps while tuning, and my guess here too.
In my experience with this song, when I blow chords, it's always that C over E chord. Tomorrow, I am going to try to soften my attack a little here and make sure I'm on bridge only.
But my big issue is that dam.n outro - i can nail all the single notes, until the last 10 or so, and actually it's like 2 notes that are throwing my train of thought right out the window. pfft. still don't have that section max'd out because of that. As my first weekly challenge, I was going to go Div 2 or 3 if I got some purple scores and I think my playing "sounds" good, i.e. a good youtube video. But with this outro hitch and the fact that my scores went down tonight, (111k down to 106k) now I'm think that Div 4 might be really where I should be. With that said, and 25-30 "arrangements" mastered in 18-20 songs, what would you guys enter at?
