I buy the dlc for Heroes VI.
When I enter the key, game says that an invalid key.
I press the button to unlock content. Enter the key in the game itself.
Writes the key is invalid.
Support is not responsible for 3 days
What should I do?

hi, please PM me your ticket number so I can investigate what has happened.
ref keyl when you enter the key in the box, do not put the hash marks that are inbetween the numbers. the key is all one without the hash marks instead of say 123-456- etc, it should be entered as 12345566 etx.

Have the same problem. Bought game from uplay service. Its written at the end of email message (wich I recieved as order confirmation):
"Thank you for purchasing Might & Magic® Heroes® VI - Pirates of the Savage Sea. To access your new game, you will need to launch Uplay PC.
Your game will be visible in the “GAMES” section.
Please note that there could be a delay for your game to appear in this section.
If you have any problems please contact Ubisoft support at www.support.ubi.com"
The game isn't in gamelist. Also, tried enter key wich is in message, but its says that its invalid key
P.S:Sent my ticket's (more than 48 hor's of w8ing and alredy update it) and my order's number to administrator.
