Why has there been no official response? Do you hate customers?

I would like to know why there has been no official response from Ubisoft as to why Uplay is not working.

I have spent a lot of money with your company over the years with all of the Assassin's Creed games as just some of the titles I have bought.

Now I find that I cannot play any of these legally purchased games because your Uplay servers are down and I cannot log in...

What you have done so far is:
    • Taken my money
    • Not allowed me to play the game 100% of the time when I want to play
    • And worst of all not posted up an official response as to when we might see these issues resolved.

It is like you really do hate your customers.
You have Tiwtter, Facebook and of course your own website/forums to post on to reach out to all your customers quickly and easily yet you have not said a word about what is happening.

Does anyone have the CEO's office email or something like that?

I have raised a ticket but we all know how this goes, it will be some bloke in a different country to me who does not care what so ever.

    Thanks,

    Josh

    P.S.
As a side note if I had instead pirated the games and not paid for them I would in fact be playing them right now.
Turns out Uplay and the DRM etc does not actually work.

Erm... this is an Ubisoft campign (guess they did not advertise it properly) to support pirates, you see Ubisoft is trying very hard to show its "valued" customers how much of a grief can Uplay be, and how much easier is to d/l check with 5 different A/V programs and install pirated version... now u see and understand.

Because they're quite apparently a horrible service that I will avoid the same way I have Gamestop for years now. This is just unacceptable.

    Hi There,

There has been some official post's from Support in the ongoing threads..

The teams are aware of the issues - and are working hard to correct them.

I can only apologise to you all for this outage.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately it is too little too late.

Did you get my PM? I would really like the email of someone in head office as this is just not good enough.

"There has been some official post's from Support in the ongoing threads..", so a user that is wondering why there is a problem should search through all the threads created today to find an answer ?
A more user friendly approach is to create a thread with a subject about todays issue, and make it sticky, so you actually help the users find info... But seeing the kind of customer support I've seen so far, I'm not really that supprised that they haven't done that....
