Not only that but you can't log into the support site, and password retreival isn't working eithe. Nice going - can't even notify support or complain to the powers that be (not that they'de lsiten).

The servers being down probably has something to do with the overwhelming response from the people taking advantage of Ubisoft's sales in Steam's Summer sale.
Don't hold your breath for a fix today though, Ubisoft's a french company, and you're not allowed to work on Sundays in France.

There is nothing official up yet... Its kind of troubling that Ubisoft hasn't even acknowledged the problem yet with a posting.

The support staff generally don't have any forum presence because the forums are not the avenue for formal support. As this happened on the weekend, most of the forum staff were off duty and not available to make announcements.
