Joker had a goal he was working towards. "It's about sending a message" He knew what he was doing.

I exceeded my post amount for today, but one more thing: a goal does not mean a plan.
He had a goal, but the things he did too get to that goal were not a ''plan'' just things he did.
Not really, walking like fictional characters because they have the coolest walks is not bad
