need help logging into the uplay client | Forums

okay, getting pretty angry right now. i purchased assasins creed brotherhood on the steam client a while ago but never got around to playing it until now. the problem i'm having is when i try to log into your ****ty uplay game client it keeps telling me either my username or password is incorrect. i KNOW they are correct because i've been resetting the password all evening AND i've been able to log into your main website and this forum. why am i encountering this problem? i paid good money to play that game.

I bought Anno 2070 yesterday...was able to play it and today .....can not log !!

Seriously ?? what the pb ?? Do i need to download a cracked version to play a game I pay ??

BTW : login works on uplay website, forum but not on uplay PC so I m sure it is again an issue with uplay

I just want to do a solo game !! why do i need this ****ing uplay login ??

uplay seems to be broken. I tried earlier and logged in, now it says my info is wrong and it also says I can't use offline mode because I haven't logged in before. Ridiculous. Wouldn't they let us know if this was planned maintenance?

Same here, i played it in morning i went out for awhile and tried to login after two hours and now its saying username or pw incorrect

Same here was playing all day on saturday just fine and now username or pw incorrect I even reset my password and still says it :/

Same, trying to play Anno 2070 and can't even get into Uplay on PC. Says bad username/password. If I try to create a new account it says the Ubi Servers are unavailable...

Maybe the Uplay server has been corrupted by "hackers-pirates".

guys to play a game offline, in settings allow uplay to log you in offline, then type the password (before the crash) and you can play stuff offline

Same here man. This is ridiculous. I PAID for my copy of assassin's creed revelations. My copy is LEGIT. And I can't play it because Uplay's servers act up! What is this! Ubisoft, do your customers have to start cracking their own LEGIT copies of YOUR games so they can actually be played whenever they want?
