I have a couple of questions for anyone who has had any success in creating a decent working campaign, or anyone who's experienced in the matter.
I'm trying to create a very unique and realistic campaign, but I'm having some serious problems in the mission flow.
I cannot seem to be able to find a way to add specific mission goals that must be accomplished before you move on to the next mission. I can't find any sort of "tree" anywhere.
The goals that I most want to have the player "must-do" are pretty easy, like the player must pass over a specific waypoint in order to progress. "Must Survive" is pretty straight forward, but I need to have the player pass over a specific point "waypoint" in order to build the feel of the mission, and therein campaign storyline.
The second thing that I'm having no luck in finding is in how to set the flow from mission to mission. I'm building each mission with a pass/fail type "tree." You pass the set goals and/or destroy the specific target(s) and you move on to the next mission. Fail, and you're done, or go and backtrack after something terrible happens, etc.
How to move to "mission # 2" if you pass and go to "mission # 3" if you fail to complete the set tasks? Most important, how to set the tasks?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
