Edit - I saw the post that passwords are (all of a sudden) 16 characters max. Apparently I had a longer one, so the only question is - why the good ol' **** there is no mention of the password lenth anywhere?

Cannot log in to uplay servers (xbox360,your shape fitness evolved 2012), are the servers down again? I have been trying for 3 days.

I am having a problem right know where I try to start up Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and I get a warning message "Failed to synchronize achievements."
I can start the game if I skip it, but I am wary of whether it will bug out achievements and saves for me if I actually try to make progress in the game. I suppose I can live with that, but I'm not too keen on bugging up my game with an assumed trust in offline mode play.
Does skipping cloud synchronization work well enough that my achievements and progress will definitely be saved, or should I not bother until this remaining issue is resolved?

Totally agree on that point, I did pre-order on 2 games from ubisoft, i cancelled them and bough games from a company that does help its customers with problems when having some. Too bad for the 2 ubisoft games assasins creed 3 and far cry, but if i really want to , i think i am better of getting them cracked and save myself allot of trouble

This is absolute ********... I tried logging in last month when trying to buy some games on their super sale, couldn't finish the purchases due to not being able to log in to some parts of the ubisoft/uplay network (nice business strategy, I'm trying to buy stuff and you won't let me. GOOD JOB). Now after buying Silent Hunter 5 from another website about a month after my original problems with no real help I still can't log into the PC client and some parts of the network. It takes you this long to patch this serious of an issue? Where are your priorities...
Ubisoft used to be one of my favorite publishers/developers or what ever the frack you wanna call it. That quickly changed after they started ****ing up some of my favorite titles (the whole Tom Clancy series among others). Also the fact that when I went together with my brother and bought the animus/collectors edition of AC: Revelations I was yet again spat in the face by Ubisoft because they decided to implement the brilliant Uplay Passport. So after spending extra money on getting a collectors edition of the game I was required to make an additional purchase in order to unlock core gameplay. The fact that the game felt like AC: 2 with more slow motion effects and a dull story and that I couldn't access the multiplayer (even if it's kinda lame) meant that I spent about 2 hours in game and never picked it up again.
Now that I can't buy games I want nor play the games that I have purchased that I actually like due to their ****ty DRM/launcher/bloatware just means that I feel sooooo pleased with this company. Seriously FIX YOUR ****!
*update*´ Finally got it working... I feel like I shouldn't really be needing to count how many characters I have in my password just to log in... Why does it even allow me to type in 17 characters if it only saves 16... This should be an easy fix to make sure your customers are informed that their passwords aren't viable...

Mine doesnt want my username and password at the moment, it wants my CD Key which i give it to them but they say it is already in use.....What the ****? Im really confused what password they need if the one i have is being used already.

i get this when i try to go onto support uit redirects me to logn on or this This webpage has a redirect loop

Can't log in here too. Its been two days now. Really guys. Also, my town screens (Might & Magic Heroes VI) freeze at random times, forcing me to restart the game (problem was reported over two months ago).
I will NEVER buy your games again. Bad service, bad quality, bad experience.
What are you guys doing there?
