Question Not sure what my problem is.

I hit play on the uplay menu and I only make it through the ubisoft cinematic and the it ends. It says there is some unkwon problem.
I'm not sure what my graphics card is but my chip type is Intel(R) HD Graphics Family and the Name of the display device is the same.
My main driver is igdumd64.dll,igd10umd64.dll,igd10um. Is my problem with one of those, and if so I am not able to install any new driver or graphics cards because I'm on a laptop and don't know how if I were able too. If so can I get a refund or a free download for my PS3? Thank you I hope to hear from you soon.

Basically, your graphics "card" is an integrated piece of crap that was never intended for running games. In any case, I'm having a similar problem: The logo cinematic ends and the program stops responding.

Yeah that's what I thought. So there isn't anyway to install a better graphics card in my laptop is there?

It's very difficult to upgrade laptops because of all the factors involved, so nobody really does it as far as I know. This is just one of many reasons why I don't ever recommend laptops for gaming.

I any case, I solved my issue by disabling the Steam overlay from the UPlay launcher. Try it and see if it works.
