What better way to keep us from running into nasty bugs and design faults than to... well, keep them from us? (Until a time where they can't do much more than tweak numbers)
I've been playing Uncharted MP and it gets me just how much they support their multiplayer. There's groups of players who sound like us with things like "Another useless patch, Naughtydog. Job well done." but I'm just amazed there's a patch at all. Uncharted 3's MP is about as old as ACR (I think) and they've done a lot more with their time. Weapons have been tweaked, glitches fixed and new game modes added. Whereas with the AC series, any and all "improvements" to the multiplayer experience seem to be practically drawn up by the marketing team themselves. "We'll release these maps at this price on this date."
I wonder how many brand new maps we'll see - and how many will be recycled.
