I bought the game a couple of weeks ago and have been playing it since. At first, i had a problem with the racial gauge - it would fill up to level 2 only (even if my hero was level 25).
I contacted techsupport and they told me to uninstall the game, download and reinstall it via Uplay, which I did - only now my racial gauge caps at 3. It never goes to level IV (even when the hero is beyond level 25). I contacted tech support again and they said this issue is connected to "game hints and tips" and told me to come here and also try a fan forum.

I first posted in the main heroes VI forum 3 days ago. Two people replied but they could not help. I also posted the issue in the heroes community forum. There they suggested I waited for patch 1.5 which was about to be released. I did so but the problem remained.

I have just tried a THIRD reinstall to make sure it wasnt a installation problem and my gauge STILL doesnt turn to level IV when it's totally full (hero at leve 30).

So this is one more try to get some help....
