Hello All,
This is a known issue amongst multiple players, unfortunately. The developers are working on a fix, but they do not have one at the moment.
For players who are not interested in waiting for the resolution, Support has offered to reset their game and provide a bunch of free stuff. If this is an option for you, please contact Support at http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answ...st/p/2070,2454.
Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.

I know this is not ideal, but is the only solution we have at the moment, while they resolve the resuscitation issue.

i reply here already and haven't got a answer yet from the house team support.. im getting bored of the game now.. they haven't fix the game..i been case 11 now and still o cant resuscitate the patience.. im starting to think the house team support team doesn't care and think we are just complainers.. I am a computer expert and there something wrong with the house game, has nothing to do with my computer..i tried it on my mac and laptop.. house game still doesn't resuscitate the patience, im just wasting energy.. i have to do it over and over and over its so annoying... housed team support please do something about this and the dumb bugs that are in this game.. its been 5 weeks now and still going.. im about to give up and waste my money on another game if u guys don't fix this game or something... so house team please please support this.. sorry im being rude but i have the right to be upset, specially that im wasting my money on this game thats not working right..

Please contact Support they will have a few suggestions for you, while the resuscitation bug is being worked on.
Please contact support at https://secure.ubi.com/register/Login.aspx.
Please register with Ubisoft then click on “Ask a question”.Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.
