Are you saying that you sent a formal request for support to http://www.ubi.com/us/support/ and you have gotten no answer at all? If so, let me know and I will see what I can do.

Well you're not the only one having that problem! Apparantly there's a problem with the game code (answer from support), why it only affects some people and not others, is beyond me, that answer remains unanswered! But man I'm getting tired of waiting!!![]()
Hi I am new to the forums, and have also had problems playing for about 3 weeks now - I have sent a formal request for support and have not got any answer at all. I was really enjoying the game, but it seems happy to take my money and not give me gaming in return. Please get this sorted - it's kinda boring now

Refresh your web page (Press the F5 Key within any given browser).
Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed

Try another browser (optional).

I'm also having this problem, my patient has gone permanently code blue and I cannot revive him whatsoever. All attempts at reviving him simply waste energy and he still ends up code blue, I think he's dead. I've tried all those steps and even tried an entirely different PC, no resolution. Its definitely a problem with the game. I've also contacted support and received no reply

I've received a reply yesterday, I've been told its been relayed to development, that there is no ETA on a fix and that I should start a second FB account to play, which is not really an ideal solution. So its quite likely I'll just stop playing this game and gradually lose interest since it appears a fix will be taking a very long time, which is a real shame
. ah well
