You know you've played too much Splinter Cell when...

When the first thing you notice when entering a building is the cameras...

Just happened to me two days ago...
I was with my Father helping him update his car insurance. The moment we entered the building I said "wow, 4 cameras! c'mon!" my dad turned to me and said "what is it with you & cameras!?"
Sam : Tell me about the meeting.
Merc : The meeting? Why do you want to know about the meeting?
Sam : that's not the way it works. I ask you a question, and you give me an answer that prevents me from breaking your neck.

happened to me a couple of time, I go to the living room and it is totally dark, I say to myself WOW someone can really be crouching there, I can't even see the furniture.

When you create an account on the splinter cell forums

when you see the blacklist trailer and think "what the ****??"

when you believe you know the characters better than the dev team

When you have purchased multiple copies of the same game, because you traded consoles.

I know I play too much Splinter Cell when I get so obsessed with Double Agent last mission/ending on the PS2 and listening to that best music of the game.
The more I play SCC, the more I think SCC and SCB are more optimized for panther and assault. Playing ghost is not really a fun factor unlike the old SC games. For that matter, I think SCB should at least be played panther or assault (not over use). We all hope SCB is more classic since it is still in production but you can't change the fact that the series is taking this way. Therefore, you play it the way it's meant to be played. Though, I am not ruling out ghosting in SCB, it's possible and can be fun but the game is more optimized for panther/assault.
    Therefore:
SC1-4: Ghost player SCC and SCB: Panther/(Occasional)Assault
    Overall: GHOST PLAYER

Oh so I went to go look for my lengthy post from the other forum - to find that my entire posting history is practically gone and only the last 86 posts exist.
But anyways - To the topic
"You know you have played too much SC when:

You drive into an underground parking garage and see these - and wonder "Where does that go? Will that get me to the other side of the garage and over the heads of the security?" "Why are they not painted yellow?" "Can I snap a neck hanging upside down from that?"

Yes both of these are iron. The white ones on the left had a fresh coat of paint on them.

Not possible. No such thing as too much SC.
Besides, stealing flash drives, creeping through shadows and doing ledge runs are perfectly normal pass times

I was on a city bus once when I was in college and I rode past a building that had a camera on the outside of the building, and serious, my hand went for my hip.

When I realized what had happened I laughed for 15 minutes.
