As usual, I was patrolling around the Future Soldier forum to see if anyone has posted a mouse keyboard temp fix until the, sigh, patch is released a few months from now when I cam across this thread. Pretty funny stuff. The guy hacking is just sliding around prone. In the end, he didn't do that well, placed third.

The speedhackers in GRO never did that well either, it's really not that helpful of a hack against skilled players.

Shouldn't be a problem with the transition to dedicated servers, they just need to validate player speeds. If a player is moving faster than the possible speed for any given stance (prone/crouched/standing/sprinting) then they should just experience visual lag as the server constantly refreshes their position back to the proper one.
