So I set it up, made an objective, and even did a workout - how do I access what workouts they recommend when I put in my objective? Its still saying that I have done 0/420 mins this week and I played it all night. So my slim down and shape up workout is what? What is the recommended workout? How do I work toward that objective? Dumb question, I've been playing around with this thing and I can't figure it out.
