    we have had problem for 3 weeks now.
    first could we play 20-30 min at time. then we got wait 5 min to login, and so on

    24 hours and no reply via email. I have tweeted customer support and got an instant reply. They are looking into it now. Update when I know more.

    Got an email back from ubisoft support. I was told to open my ports. I have replied to the email saying that we have done all these steps and the servers have not been online. I am just wandering why ubisoft are avoiding making statements on the issue.
