This is a map that I made as a tribute to the fallen soldiers that died for our country. The map was based loosely on the Sacramento National Cemetery, in the Sacramento valley.

The map includes a large mountainside American flag and a center stage with an American flag half staff.

There bases are set in outdoor memorial rooms where the military funerals are hosted. Each base has a casket laying on a draped table.

All the headstones are facing east to west as the soldiers walk into the sunset and eternity. All of the cremated remains tombs are aligned north/south and east/west, and located centrally is an eternal flame.

A large mausoleum houses additional Tombs and has a crypt beneath. Behind the Large mausoleum is a spot where grave robbers unearthed graves and found gold hidden away for centuries.

This is a small/medium balanced map with lots of cover and action.

***I did receive some tips on the layout from Maxpower on the layout of this map which is why it's on the Map_Makers account. It may be moved back to my personal akilyoung account soon, since MMA will need the slot.

That's quite a nice map whats the flag made of ?

The big mountain flag is red and blue containers and urban ground paint for the white stripes.

The little stage flag is tombstones, pestles and pictures.....looks ok from away, but up close ......not so much. No other way I could figure out how to make it, but I guess it gets the job done.

The only pic that is updated here is the top one, I added those more realistic columns (and saved alot of mem and object count in the process)

The change log is:

adjusted TOD
retextured mountains , blended in a rocky layer for steep parts
adjusted terrain and fake forest to look more real
remade bridge outside playable zone
other minor tweaks
