Key is already in use!!??? | Forums

Hi everyone!

I have a very big problem-after a long time of no playing i wanted to play again. I launched heroes and after that the launcher asked me of entering key from my disk - and i did so, but, unfortunately, launcher told me that this key is already in use with another profile!!!! What is going on? And how can i fix it?

Hi, keys can only be used once after that you only need to sign in with the Uplay account you originally used when you installed. If you are having issues please contact technical support, the link is in my signature.
