I am sure that they'll do their best to respond to everybody, regardless of their status, but that's just me speculating. I highly doubt they'll just leave people waiting/wondering because they've shown to be more professional than that.
Funny you should mention the email bit, because I have quite a silly story about a dream I had last week. In the dream I was at Legion, my laptop, and checking my Gmail. I saw that I received an email from the Frag Dolls and inside was an image with their logo flanked by some text. My eyes honed in at the top where it said in big letters, "Congratulations!" I got so excited that I went to tell a friend of mine on Skype the good news, and shortly after I did I checked the email image again only to see someone else's name instead of mine.
TL;DR version: my subconscious is quite the troll, lol!

Always anxious when it comes down to finding thing's like this out! Not only did I pout my application in for this, but also to receive a full scholarship to finish my Marketting degree XD Waiting is the worst! But i's a good feeling knowing you tried your best and took the chance

Most of the cadettes and current FDs had been around for years, and even if forums are not your thing, there's the twitch.tv channel, twitter, skype, tinychat, facebook, etc. A lot of this community has eventually met each other in person and has kept each other in mind when it came time for party invites, job opportunities, or just general shameless plugging for a friend's project.
Oh that's too funny! When I was working, I'd sometimes moderate forums and issue infractions in my dreams. Don't know why my brain couldn't take a break, but apparently it needed to keep banning all of the things. I'd also dream a lot about Final Fantasy games, figuring out how to defeat bosses and stuff.
Yes! I'm def feeling super anxious right now, but that's because I'm really wanting to work right now. I was, unfortunately, part of the recent wave of BioWare Austin layoffs and have been out of work since the 17th of July. So far I've only been applying for positions I really want, as I am focusing on companies/games I'm really passionate about.

What he said is very true. I have been around for several years (as a lurker and had to create a new account since I couldn't get into my old one >.>) and I have really gotten to know a lot of people from this community. They are a great support system and really awesome friends. Going to events and getting to see them feels like you visiting family and there is NEVER a dull moment. Stick around the forums, join in on the Community Game Nights, apply for the cadette program, etc. Not being a Frag Doll is not the end of the world and you will be missing out on being a part of an awesome family if you just disappeared after they announce the finalists.
