I have added another category on page ones post. Boot Camp has been launched. The very first installment is for the Scout Class. Expect more in the future.

    Hey Neq.

I was looking through the threads on the First Page, and... well, if I might make a suggestion: the way the links are done, it's kinda hard to know what exactly they are. So maybe, if you have the time, you could use the named URL/Link BB Code to name the link without showing the whole URL and the forum blanking out part of the content?

The BB Code for naming urls is - well, of course I can't really write it down exactly, since the system will convert it, so I will replace every "[" and "]" with a "(" and ")":

    (url="Link")"Link Name"(/url)

You simply replace every "(" and ")" with a "[" and "]", replace "Link" (without the "") with the link location of the thread (like: hxxp://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/689826-Good-links-for-those-who-love-the-game ), and replace "Link Name" with the Name you want to give to it (like Good links for those who love the game).

A note: I wrote "hxxp..." instead of "http..." because the forum here automatically transforms link locations like http.... into hyperlinks (the blue clickable text like http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...-love-the-game. Yet when using BB Code and entering the "Link" you cannot use a hyperlink, only the link itself. You need to copy the "link location" or take the URL directly out of the URL bar of your browser. It sounds more complicated than it is, really.

You can also find the actual code here http://www.bbcode.org/reference.php/ under the "link (named)" heading.

I think it would make looking through those threads a lot easier.

    Cheers.

    Edit:
Alternatively, you could of course just find the thread in the forum list, mark it and copy it and it will show up the same way...

I took your advice. Let me know if the changes are good? Also for doing the link trick you can simply highlight the chosen text and hit the little globe with chain link button. Then enter the url of the page you want and viola. Thanks for the ideas though.

shobhit7777777 Has made a very nice tutorial post on Snipers. I felt it needed to be added to the list of links on the first post. I added it to the boot camp section.

Here is the link as well:
