I purchased GR Future Soldier (PC), played a little single player (sucks IMO) and what I did get to play of multplayer (tons of disconnect issues) seemed like a downgrade from GRO beta. I think that in itself is a huge compliment. I would however, LOVE to see gunsmith or something similar added to GRO, more customizable guns would just own. Some new maps, maybe different skins for classes/weapons that you can purchase, maybe a domination/king of the hill type of game mode, and a sort of "Gunsmith."

More maps, more variety of weapons, and recons being stripped of SMGs.

I would say I want no flanking, spawn camping, and no whiny kids, but will always happen in a free fps game.

Agreed. If I just got knocked down by a shielded guy with a shotgun I'd be less concerned with getting to my feet than getting my gun around and lighting him up before he can kill me. You can shoot someone 2-3 meters away just fine while laying prone on your back.

If you could shoot him after being bashed by a shield it would make the ability pointless.....................and your not just getting gently pushed back onto your little ***. your getting bashed in the skull with a shield. i think its fair to say your ghost is a little ****ed up after that. stop being dumb.

not a direct reply to you. but no, heat isnt OP, at all. you sit behind cover and watch your flank/throw a grenade. big deal. i use it and find it extreme useful. and its also used on me. and i dont find it to be over powered AT ALL. its completely balanced the way it is. and so is the shield.

Maps where the spawn is a less accessible to the opposing team woulkd be a big plus.

More maps. Bigger, more complex maps with real cover.

Voting on map - at least let us reject the proposed map and play an alternative. I can not exagerate how many times we all JUST PLAYED "that map" for the third or fourth time in a row, and then there is a mass groan as exactly the same map comes up yet again.

Ability to chose a slightly different spawn - maybe allow the suppressed team a choice to spawn closer to battle. Many battles stalled "just there" time after time and became deadlocked (and boring) because you have to run halfway across the map in the "run of shame".

It is fairly amusing, but 20% of it either does not work or fails in some way.

Voicomms is busted, party is busted, chat system is half busted (if you try to squad texst it just goes to the common lobby). It is filled with BR who lag the hell out of it, and the global chat is everyone, with not one decent filter - spam and foul language dominate most of the time.

In game lag is as bad as GRO was two phases ago. GRO is all quickjoin, BLR quickjoin never works at all and half the people can't figure out how to get into the game servers. The game filters are pointless and unless you figure out what to set, you see a list of games so confusing it is difficult to figure out which to join. Ranked match system is almost always borked, and you have to pay to start a game yourself. You also have to pay to start a "clan" (sorta thier version of fireteam).



I guess I say all this so GRO devs can maybe see how things can rapidly degenerate once OB starts...

Everything stated here is the truth, i dont understand why the game's live with so many issues still ruining the game. That said it's still no GRO, GRO is the best f2p shooter i've ever played.
