    I'm going to vote I don't care.

Less Call of Duty. BF is ok but the latest BF is COD influence. You can't really blame BF. Actually I do like the BF series but that doesn't mean I don't like SC. You mean COD players. lol
No, I don't want any outside influence. The ONLY influence should be from previous games. Splinter Cell was unique it should be that way again. If I want Battlefield, I'll play it. If I want COD, I'll play it.

I want Splinter Cell, it's just a shame that the only way to play it is to play the older games.

The way Splinter Cell was created and what it should aspire to be.

Well, I never really said that SC should have outside influence. I was just saying/implying, don't bring Battlefield into it.

If they feel they need hit markers etc to appeal to casual gamers, I'm fine with that as long as 'non-casual' gamers have the option to turn them off. I voted 'no' since I really, really don't want them, but again, I don't mind if they include them as a default option. That said, I despise markers. Despise them. While puzzles such as trying to find the way from point A to B make games more fun, markers and indicators rob you of that enjoyment. Imagine if mazes had directional markers or if puzzle pieces were numbers... These visual instructions/pointers also detract from realism and graphics. I don't even want a reticule if my gun is holstered. It makes a bigger difference than you'd think.
    Ubisoft, please prove me wrong.

I am surprised by all the "No." votes on the poll. I was expecting more "Yes." votes.

why , you are asking stealth fans who care not about the hit marks at all , they actually seek to remove any Action Feature from the game.

I as a Action Fan wouldn't really like that feature too. There is a reason shooters use this feature which is that you cannot alway see whether you hit someone or not. You cannot see it through the animations. You cannot see where the bullet is flying. In Splinter Cell you can see the reactions of the AI when you hit them and that's more then enough to have. A Call of Duty for example wouldn't need such a feature, because it's playing in close combat maps. It has it nevertheless, sometimes working as a nice kind of hack because you can shoot through some walls and through that feature you know if there is someone. In BF that's a whole different story. You are shooting at targets which may be a kilometer away and you won't be able to see whether you hit him or not.

    Ah I should have known.

The lack of attention given to it by people misled me.

It was me, but I changed my mind.

Too easy. Can I cancel my vote?

Exacly. What I didn't realized before is that hit markers actually help you to spot the enemy that is behind you. It's too unreal and beside that this is stealth-action.

    And right now, It's No: 17 .
