blackscreen after heroes 6 logo | Forums

hi guys,
i havent got any chance to play heroes 6 since last xmas! at the 1st time i got it, the server was undermaintain so i couldnt play it. after that, i tried again but i crashed and woudnt load at all though i had tried verifying local files. then the 2nd times, i had reinstalled both windows and the game but t still got the same issue. and now, the 3rd times, after a long time, i decide to reinstall the game and windows as well. this time the game can launch; however it freezed after the heroes 6 logo just like the title said. FYI, my game version is steam version, and i am using windows 7, with latest vga drivers, dx and NET framework.

i did but on steam support... okay i will try sending to ubi support then. thanks for the advice
